On the 1st January 2011 there will become efficient the provisions amended by Regulation of the Government of the Slovak Republic No. 317/2007, which appoints the rules for the electricity market functioning as amended by the Act No. 309/2009 Coll. from 26 April 2010, concerning the obligations of the Electricity Market Participants to provide the data to Transmission System Operator.
Because of the increasing number of questions about the procedure of providing the data by Electricity Market Participants to Transmission System Operator, Slovenská elektrizačná sústava, a.s. announces that the practices and the procedure of providing data will be published in October 2010 at latest.
