Dear business partner, due to the ongoing war conflict in Ukraine and the associated unforeseen circumstances preventing the implementation of trade exchanges on the cross-border profile SK-UA (force majeure) we would like to inform you that the values of available tradable transmission capacity (VOPK) offered by the Slovenská elektrizačná prenosová sústava, a.s. (SEPS) to a one-sided daily auction on the SK-UA profile, will be curtailed from the trading day 12.03.2022 0:00 CET for both directions to 0 MW (VOPK or ATC = 0 MW).
Also the values of transmission capacities allocated within the unilateral monthly auction organized by SEPS for the month of March 2022 from 12.03.2022 0:00 CET to 31.03.2022 24:00 CET on the SK-UA profile will be curtailed (force majeure) to 0MW in accordance with the relevant provisions of the respective auction rules.
