Dear Market Participants,
We invite you to participate in the testing of the Full Decoupling scenario on the day-ahead market, which will take place:
- Test date: November 25, 2026
- Delivery day: November 26, 2026
- Duration: 11:00 – 17:00 CET
Purpose of the Test
The test is organized to verify the readiness of all involved parties to handle Full Decoupling in real operation according to the simulation schedule. The test will include a Shadow Auction combined with nominations in theDamas Energy system and local day-ahead market evaluation.
Test Plan
- 11:00 – Start of the test
- 14:00 – Deadline for order submission in OKTE
- 16:00 – Full Decoupling announcement
- 16:10+ – Start of nominations in the SEPS test environment

The operational timings, messages, and rules are described in the Fallback Manual on our website or on SDAC Fallback Manual. Please note that a new version (1.5) of fallback manual will be available at the time of the training session. Please use the new version for preparation.
Before the test, please verify your access to the following systems:
- SEPS test system:https://test-dae.sepsas.sk/ – check the validity of your accounts and certificates.
- JAO test system:https://www.jao.eu – registration for the Shadow Auction for borders SK/CZ, SK/PL, SK/HU.
