Launch of Public Consultation regarding the MARI – manual frequency restoration reserves Platform Design

Starting from 21st November 2017, a public consultation procedure regarding the design aspects defined by the MARI (Manually Activated Reserves Initiative) project which aims at setting the common European manual frequency restoration reserves (mFRR) platform following the COMMISSION REGULATION (EU) 2017/2195 of 23 November 2017 establishing a guideline on electricity balancing.

TSOs involved in the MARI project are presenting in this consultation different design options for the mFRR platform and are seeking input from stakeholders and market participants on those design aspects relevant for them. The public consultation shall last for the period of one month (until 20th December 2017).
