Starting from 20th October 2017, a public consultation procedure regarding the proposal for the regional design of Long-term Transmission Rights („LTRs”) including Core CCR bidding zone borders CZ/SK and AT-DE/LU is held by ENTSO-E in an open and transparent manner. This proposal was submitted to the public consultation by Core CCR TSOs according to the Commission Regulation (EU) 2016/1719 of 26 September 2016 establishing a guideline on forward capacity allocation. The public consultation shall last for the period of one month (until 21st November 2017).
Core CCR TSOs include 16 TSOs from the region. These are namely 50HERTZ, AMPRION, APG, CREOS, ČEPS, ELES, ELIA, HOPS, MAVIR, PSE, RTE, SEPS, TENNET GMBH, TENNET BV, TRANSELECTRICA and TRANSNETBW.
