ENTSO-E, in cooperation with Transmission System Operators (TSOs), is organizing a Stakeholder Workshop on 28 October 2026 from 10:00 AM to 12:00 PM (CET), focusing on the European balancing platforms MARI, PICASSO and IGCC.
The workshop will provide an overview of current implementation status and future development of the platforms for the exchange of mFRR and aFRR balancing energy, as well as the Imbalance Netting process. It will also offer an opportunity for discussion and for stakeholders to provide feedback regarding the further development of these platforms.
The workshop will be held in a hybrid format, both online via Microsoft Teams and in person at the ENTSO-E premises in Brussels.
