On 27th June 2023, an online public consultation will take place for the smart grid PCI project Danube InGrid, beginning at 13:00. Danube InGrid is the Common Interest Trans-European project, which is aiming at broader integration of renewable energy sources in the distribution network through implementation of smart technologies, sustainable security and reliability of the transmission network operation in Slovakia and Hungary, as well as introduction of the smart grid technologies on national and cross-border level.
Pursuant to the Regulation (EU) No 347/2013 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 17 April 2013 on guidelines for trans-European energy infrastructure, the project promoter is required to carry out a public consultation, intended to inform the stakeholders on the schedule and the progress of the permitting process and building process, on the time schedule generally, as well as on the project benefits. This public consultation is to be carried out above the scope of EIA public consultations.
The public consultation will be carried out online, by means of streaming on the website www.danubeingrid.eu, intended for PCI project Danube InGrid.
