In anticipation of the upcoming go-live of the monthly auctions for the Ukrainian borders on JAO’s platform, the HAR 2024 for EU external borders has been amended with the Border Specific Annexes for the UA borders and published on JAO website.
The HAR 2026 is pending approval by the Ukrainian NRA. Once approved, the current documentation will be amended and published with the relevant notice period.
Monthly auctions for Market Period January 2026 will open on 15.12.2025.
